1. Bookings
Online bookings are requests until confirmed by phone, SMS or WhatsApp. Time slots are estimates; complex diagnosis may take longer.
2. Quotes and approval
We diagnose the vehicle and share a quote before starting work. Additional work found during repair is carried out only after your approval. A diagnosis fee may apply if you decline the repair [to be confirmed].
3. Prices
Prices on the website are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Service prices are indicative; the final amount depends on inspection and parts chosen. VAT is applied as required by law [to be confirmed].
4. Payment
We accept cash, cards and mobile banking at the workshop, and online payment through a verified gateway. Booking advances are adjusted in the final bill.
5. Vehicle collection
Please collect your vehicle within [3] days of the “Ready for pickup” notice. Personal belongings should be removed before handing over the vehicle.
6. Online orders
Product availability and prices may change. We will contact you if an ordered item is unavailable and offer an alternative or a refund.
