Delivery areas
- Inside Dhaka: usually [1–2] working days.
- Outside Dhaka: nationwide by courier, usually [2–5] working days.
- Workshop pickup: free — collect from our workshop in Uttara, or choose installation.
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout. Large items such as hybrid battery packs may need special handling; we will call you to arrange delivery.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is available where the courier supports it. For high-value items we may ask for a partial advance [to be confirmed].
Returns
- Unused parts in original, undamaged packaging can be returned within [7] days of delivery.
- Electrical and electronic parts are tested before a return is accepted.
- Parts that have been fitted, special-order items and fluids/oils that have been opened cannot be returned unless faulty.
- If we sent the wrong or a faulty part, we cover the return delivery cost.
Refunds
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method or by mobile banking within [7–10] working days.
